Office of the President has disowned Rogers Bulegeya, says President Museveni hasnt appointed him as Presidential Assistant. The Secretary Office of the President, Hajji Yunus Kakande has clarified that President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni has not appointed Rogers Bulegeya as Senior Presidential Assistant on National Mobilisation.
