Catholic foot pilgrims expected in Kampala today
By Franklin Draku Catholic foot pilgrims from Nebbi Catholic Diocese are expected to make their last stop-over at Naguru Catholic Church this evening. They will then embark on the final stretch of journey to the Martyrs’ shrine in Namugongo, Wakiso District where they will animate this year’s Martyrs’ day celebrations on June 3rd This will see the over 700 pilgrims end their 15-day journey that has drawn trekkers from various parishes across Nebbi Catholic Diocese including women, youth and the elderly.
