Businessman forges land title marriage certificate to acquire loan
A 47-year old businessman who allegedly forged a land title and a marriage certificate to acquire a 200 million shillings bank loan has been remanded to Luzira prison. Christopher Kibuuka a resident of Mbale North Division, Mbale City in Mbale District has appeared before Buganda Road Court Chief Magistrate Ronald Kayizzi and denied the allegations. Kibuuka is charged with five counts including forgery, uttering false documents and obtaining credit by false pretence.
