Court to rule on Molly Katanga bail next week
The High Court in Kampala has set February 21, 2025, to rule on Molly Katanga’s third bail application. Katanga, a 55-year-old widow, is accused of murdering her husband, Henry Katanga, on November 2, 2023. Justice Isaac Muwata rejected her two previous bail applications, ruling that she had not presented sufficient exceptional circumstances to justify her release.
