Kisaka, two others granted bail
Former Kampala Capital City Authority (KCCA) Executive Director, Dorothy Kisaka, Mr David Luyimbazi her former deputy, and Daniel Okello, the former Director of Public Health and Environment were granted bail by Kasangati Magistrates Court on Monday. They were ordered to pay a cash bail of Shs5 million each. The trio faces charges stemming from the Kiteezi landfill tragedy that claimed over 30 lives. They are accused of manslaughter, a grave offense punishable by life imprisonment.
