Digital innovations boost financial inclusion, telecoms say

Telecom companies say that digital innovations are slowly revolutionizing the country’s financial sector, especially supporting more Ugandans accessing and managing their finances and conducting transactions efficiently. According to Fatumah Shamim Kavuma, the MTN Uganda Manager in charge of International remittances, more Ugandans are slowly adopting the use of digital payment platforms to send and receive Money from abroad.
