By Winfred Watenya The Minister of state for Water Aisha Sekindi has revealed the Sustainable Climate Impact Fund (SCIF) is commitment to working to improve health, wellbeing and socio-economic opportunities of communities affected by climate change in Kalungu, Lyantonde and Kabarole districts.
