NRM's James Leku declared winner of Adjumani West parliamentary by-election, succeeds Moses Ali
National Resistance Movement (NRM) candidate James Pilli Leku has won the Adjumani West County parliamentary by-election. Leku was declared the winner by Akao Eunice Christine, the Returning Officer for Adjumani Electoral District, after securing 12,423 valid votes.
