Babirye Milly Babalanda has rallied Resident District Commissioners (RDCs) in Bukedi and Sebei sub-regions to intensify mobilization activities and ensure that President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni scores 95 percent in the forthcoming general elections scheduled for January, 2026.
