DP calls for probe into govt farms
The Democratic Party (DP) has called for investigations into government stock farms to ensure their safety from land grabbers. This is after news circulated last week indicating that the Minister of Internal Affairs, Gen. Kahinda Otafiire had taken over Njeru stock farm, evicting the National Animal Genetic Resources Center and Data Bank. It is said that during the eviction, the farm manager, Ms Carol Wabula, was also arrested. Police pursue three suspects in Kamuli pastor’s death

Families of missing NUP supporters petition High Court
Families of 18 missing National Unity Platform (NUP) supporters stormed the High Court Civil Division on Tuesday, seeking judicial orders against the Attorney General, Mr Kiryowa Kiwanuka. They accuse him of failing to account for their relatives’ whereabouts. The group comprises wives searching for their husbands, children yearning for their parents, and mothers desperate to know the fate of their children.
